Dear Dr. Lease, I would like to take this opportunity and extend my gratitude to you.

I have had a number of series medical problems during the last year, And with your help they all were healed. Specially, I like to thank you for the fact you come to location. This saves Cisco and me the traveling time to office. Without your coming to our locations, my project and Cisco would loose additional 2 hours per visit. 

I know I am not the only one from our building and there are other colleagues that have been benefiting from your good work and presence here.  Cisco has been saving 2 hours of commute time per visit because I don't need to drive to your office. It is truly a loss in every respect for us if you could not come to our building/location to continue the treatment. The immediate impact is loosing the additional commute time to your office. I would first like to thank you for your medical services. Over the past 8 months, I have benefited immensely and you treatment has practically got me back to an active sporting life. I had been wondering and just got to know from Mehraan why you couldn't be at Cisco! If there's anything I can do e.g. communicate with HR or present a testimonial I'd be more than willing to do so. I especially liked the concept of you visiting our location since it saved valuable time. I didn't have to be away from work for treatment any longer since I could get treated during the lunchtime right next to my workplace! For people busy with tight schedules, your novel concept of visiting the patients and the excellent treatment you offer is a great plus.
